Arrows alternatives

Last updated 18 August 2026

We build ValueRamp, and it is one of the options below. Other tools win categories here. Every price came from that vendor’s own page on 18 August 2026.

Why do teams look for Arrows alternatives?

Usually two things: Arrows is built around your CRM, and it does not publish a price.

Arrows’ strength is that it lives inside HubSpot and Salesforce. That becomes a constraint if your team is not committed to one of those, or if you want the post-sales record to be the system of record rather than an extension of the CRM.

The second reason is practical. Arrows’ pricing page says pricing depends on team size and usage and asks you to book a demo — checked 18 August 2026 — so building a shortlist means a sales conversation before you can compare anything. Figures quoted for Arrows on review sites do not come from Arrows and we will not repeat them.

The alternatives, and what each is best at

AlternativeBest forEntry price
ValueRampa published price and the whole post-sales lifecycle$100/moflat to 5 users
Onboard.iofocused onboarding with a published price$25Starter
Docksales rooms without the CRM lock-in$0Free
GUIDEcximplementation delivery at scaleNot publishedquote only

Prices from each vendor’s own page, checked 18 August 2026 — verify before buying. “Not published” means the vendor publishes no figure at all.

ValueRampValueRamp publishes its full price list and covers onboarding, adoption, renewal, churn and win-back on one account record. It reads from HubSpot — company, contacts, line items and engagement history from a closed-won deal — but it does not install into your CRM the way Arrows does, and it has no sales rooms. Compare

Onboard.ioA direct swap if you want onboarding alone, without the CRM dependency and with a number you can read: $25 for Starter, $300 for Essentials. Checked 18 August 2026. Compare

DockThe closest match for the sales-room half of what Arrows does, with a free plan and a published $350 Standard tier. Built around buyer collaboration and content rather than onboarding delivery. Compare

GUIDEcxThe heavier option if onboarding is a real delivery function rather than a CRM workflow. Like Arrows, it does not publish pricing. Compare

Summary

If you are leaving Arrows because you want to know what something costs before a call, ValueRamp, Onboard.io and Dock all publish their prices.

The split here is about where the onboarding plan should live. Arrows’ answer is “in the CRM”, and if you agree with that, its alternatives are weaker — none of the tools below installs into HubSpot and Salesforce the way it does.

If you would rather the post-sales record stood on its own and carried through renewal, ValueRamp is built for that at $100 a month for up to 5 users, published on the pricing page.

Where ValueRamp falls short

Two things to know

ValueRamp has no native CRM app and no sales rooms, and it is early.

ValueRamp does not install into HubSpot or Salesforce. It reads from HubSpot as a source, but if the reason you chose Arrows was that the plan sits beside the deal inside your CRM, ValueRamp does not replicate that and no alternative here does it as well as Arrows.

No published case studies yet. ValueRamp is new, so there are none to publish. What exists instead is a Design Partner Program: the first 20 companies use ValueRamp free for a year and shape what gets built.

Common questions

How much does Arrows cost?

Arrows does not publish pricing. Its pricing page says pricing is based on team size and usage and directs you to request pricing or book a demo, checked 18 August 2026. Numbers quoted elsewhere on the web do not come from Arrows.

Does Arrows require HubSpot?

No. Arrows works with both HubSpot and Salesforce according to its own site — a common claim that it is HubSpot-only is wrong.

Which Arrows alternative publishes its pricing?

ValueRamp ($100/mo flat to 5 users), Onboard.io (from $25) and Dock (free plan, then $350) all publish figures. GUIDEcx and Planhat do not.

Which Arrows alternative covers renewals?

ValueRamp, of the ones listed here. Arrows and most of its alternatives are onboarding tools; ValueRamp models the account through onboarding, adoption, renewal, churn and post-churn.

Can I try ValueRamp before paying?

Yes — the first 20 companies join as design partners and use ValueRamp free for a year, on real accounts, with onboarding run by the founder.
