Do the AI features cost extra on top of the base plan?
Yes — it is an add-on. A team of 5 with AI switched on pays $150₹12,998 a month, $1,800₹1,55,976 billed annually. Without it ValueRamp is still a complete system: the phases, the plans, the portal, the health and renewal tracking all work. The add-on is what turns on the parts that read and write on your behalf, and it is priced separately because it costs ValueRamp money every time it runs, which a seat licence does not.
What counts towards the 200-account AI limit?
Active accounts — the ones your team is working today, not every record the workspace has ever held. Each further block of 200 adds $50₹3,999 a month, so 400 active accounts is $100₹7,998 and 600 is $150₹11,997.
Is there a free trial or a free plan?
No. Instead, the first 20 companies join the Design Partner Program and use ValueRamp free for a year — on real accounts, with the expectation that they say plainly what is wrong with it. That is a better offer than a trial and a shorter one than it sounds; the terms are on the design partner page.
Is ValueRamp billed monthly or annually?
Priced per month, billed annually — stated here rather than discovered at the contract stage. A team of 5 with AI switched on is invoiced $1,800₹1,55,976 for the year. There is no month-to-month option today. If that is a blocker for your team, say so when you book a demo; it is a more useful thing to know early than to work around late.
Are there any other charges?
No. This page is ValueRamp’s entire published price list. If a further cost ever applies — a service, a premium integration, a volume tier — it appears on this page, because a price list that quietly omits a line is worse than no price list at all.
Which currencies can I buy in?
Dollars and rupees today. The rupee prices are set for the Indian market rather than converted from the dollar figure, which is why they are round numbers a buyer recognises instead of whatever today’s exchange rate produces — switch the toggle at the top of this page to see the whole price list in rupees. Dirham pricing for the Middle East is being set and is not published yet; if you are buying from the UAE, say so when you book a demo and you will get the number directly.
