About us
Built by someone who had the problem.
Every customer success job description says the same thing: build relationships. Yet no one truly owns the relationship — it is split across four teams and lost in the gaps between them. ValueRamp exists to change that.
One account record
Four handoffs, nothing re-explained. That is the whole idea.
The problem
Four teams own the journey. Nobody owns the relationship.
Sales is done by one team, onboarding by another, account management by a third, and renewals by a fourth. Everyone owns a part of the journey, but the relationship — and its context — gets lost between the parts.
Customers repeat themselves. Context disappears in handoffs. Answers get buried in inboxes. By the renewal, the person on the call has none of the history that earned the deal.

Founder’s note
Who founded ValueRamp?
ValueRamp was founded by Arjun Sachdeva in 2026, after years in B2B SaaS Customer Success.
I spent years watching the same account get explained three times to three different people. The customer was patient about it exactly once. ValueRamp is the tool I wanted on those calls.
What ValueRamp is, and what it is not
What ValueRamp is
- One account record that carries the whole relationship from handoff to renewal.
- A shared portal — your team and the customer looking at the same plan.
- Automation that drafts and suggests. A person decides what reaches the customer.
What it isn’t
- Not a CRM. We start where the deal closes.
- Not a support desk. Tickets are symptoms, not the relationship.
- Not another project tracker your customer never logs into.
Where we are
Early, on purpose.
We are building alongside a small group of customer success teams rather than guessing at features. If that is you, the door is open.
