Guides

The questions a CS lead actually types at 11pm.

Practical answers about running post-sales: what a handoff must carry, how many accounts one CSM can hold, why onboarding slips, and which metrics tell you something. No invented benchmarks — where the honest answer is “it depends on your model”, these say so and give you the method instead.

Which guides are published?

Why does a product company publish these?

Because the problems are real whether or not you ever buy anything, and because a vendor that can only describe its own product is not much use at 11pm.

These guides are written to be useful on their own. Several of them conclude that you do not need a tool yet — the guide on onboarding portals says plainly when a shared document is enough, and the one on book size refuses to give you a benchmark because no honest one exists.

Where ValueRamp is relevant we say so and link it. If you want the product argument directly, that is what the products page and the comparisons are for.
