Design Partner Program

The first 20 teams get to decide what this becomes.

ValueRamp is taking on 20 design partners. Design partners use ValueRamp free for one year, on their real accounts, and the things they say are broken are the things that get fixed first.

What is the ValueRamp Design Partner Program?

The ValueRamp Design Partner Program gives the first 20 companies free use of ValueRamp for one year in exchange for using it on real accounts and saying plainly what is wrong with it.

ValueRamp is early. That is the honest description, and it is the reason this program exists rather than a customer wall: the product is being built against the specific way post-sales work actually breaks, and the only reliable source for that is a team living it every week. A design partner is not a discounted customer. A design partner is the reason a feature ends up shaped one way instead of another.

What do design partners get?

Design partners get ValueRamp free for one year, onboarding run by the founder, and direct influence over what gets built next.

  • One year, no charge. The full product, not a limited tier — the five lifecycle phases, the customer portal, the integrations described on the products page.
  • Onboarding run by the founder. Not a success plan handed to a queue. 20 partners is a deliberately small number precisely so this is possible.
  • A direct line into the roadmap. Design partners raise what is blocking their week, and that is the input the build order is set from.

What does ValueRamp ask in return?

ValueRamp asks design partners to use the product on real accounts and to be candid when it falls short.

Real accounts matter more than it sounds. A trial workspace with three invented customers in it teaches nobody anything — the problems this product exists to solve only appear at real account volume, with real renewal dates and a real CSM load. And once ValueRamp is genuinely working for a partner, ValueRamp will ask permission to write up the story. That is an ask, not a condition of the pilot.

What are the terms?

Design partners pay nothing for one year, and there are 20 places in the program.

Who is a good design partner for ValueRamp?

A good design partner is a B2B SaaS company with a customer success or onboarding team that currently runs post-sales on spreadsheets, a mailbox and an onboarding tool that stops at go-live.

The fit is strongest where somebody already owns accounts after the sale and can feel the handoff losing context — where the question “what has actually happened with this customer?” takes more than a minute to answer. ValueRamp is not a support desk and not a CRM, so a team looking for either of those will be disappointed by it no matter how well the pilot is run.

Are there case studies?

Not yet. ValueRamp has no published case studies, because ValueRamp has no customers with a year of history to write about.

This page will carry them when they are real. Until then it says so, which is the only version of this page worth reading — a young product with a wall of logos and a testimonial carousel is telling you something, and it is not the thing it thinks.
