Terms of Service
Effective 1 September 2026
These terms govern your use of ValueRamp. They are written to be read rather than skimmed, and they state the limits of the service as plainly as its scope — including that ValueRamp is early, offers no uptime guarantee, and is operated by an individual rather than a company.
1. Who provides the service
ValueRamp is provided by Arjun Sachdeva, trading as ValueRamp, in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
ValueRamp is not incorporated. It operates as a sole proprietor (not incorporated), which means your agreement is with a named individual and not with a limited company. We say so here because it materially affects who you are contracting with, and because you would otherwise reasonably assume otherwise. These terms will be reissued if that changes.
In these terms, “we” and “us” mean the above. “You” means the organisation that has an account, and anyone using the service through it.
2. What the service is
ValueRamp is a post-sales execution platform for B2B SaaS customer-success teams. What it does today is described on the products page. Features described elsewhere as planned or upcoming — including everything on the upcoming integrations page — are statements of intent, not commitments, and you should not buy on the strength of them.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for what is done through your account. Tell us promptly at privacy@valuerampai.com if you believe an account has been compromised. Administrators in your workspace can invite others, set their roles, and enable or disable data ingestion; those are your decisions to manage, and we act on them as given.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully, or to store or transmit unlawful material;
- attempt to access another customer’s workspace or data, or to probe, scan or circumvent the service’s access controls;
- resell or provide the service to a third party as a service of your own, without our written agreement;
- interfere with the service’s operation, including by placing deliberately excessive load on it;
- reverse engineer the service, except to the extent that restriction is unenforceable under applicable law.
If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to privacy@valuerampai.com rather than exploiting or publishing it. We will not pursue action against good-faith research that respects other customers’ data.
5. Your data, and the people in it
You keep ownership of the data you put into ValueRamp and the data your integrations bring in. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and governed by the Data Processing Agreement.
Enabling Communication Intelligence means conversations involving your customers are ingested and analysed, including by a third-party AI provider. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to do that and for telling the people concerned. This obligation is yours rather than ours because those people are your contacts, not ours — the DPA sets out the split in full. The feature is off by default and must be turned on deliberately.
6. Design Partner Program
The first 20 design partners use ValueRamp free for one year.
The programme is described on the design partners page, and those terms form part of these terms for anyone accepted into it. In exchange we ask for engagement — feedback, and a willingness to shape what gets built. We do not ask for a case study or a public reference as a condition, and we will not name you publicly without your agreement.
After the free period, continued use is charged at our then-current published rates, and we will tell you before that happens. You are not obliged to continue.
7. Fees and payment
Prices are published on the pricing page. They are deliberately not repeated here: a price restated in two places eventually disagrees with itself, and the pricing page is the one we keep current.
Fees are quoted per month and billed annually in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing. Fees exclude taxes, which are added where applicable. We may change prices for a renewal term with reasonable notice before it begins; we will not change the price of a term you have already paid for.
8. Availability — what we do not promise
ValueRamp is provided without a service-level agreement. There is no uptime commitment and no guaranteed support-response time.
This is a real limitation rather than boilerplate. ValueRamp is early, it runs on third-party infrastructure whose availability we do not control, and it has no published status page. We aim to keep it running and to fix things quickly, and that aim is not a contractual promise. If you need a contractual SLA, ask — and understand that today the honest answer is that we do not offer one.
We may change, suspend or withdraw features. Where a change would remove something you rely on, we will give notice we consider reasonable in the circumstances.
9. Third-party services
ValueRamp connects to services you choose to authorise — among them Google, Slack, HubSpot and Fathom — and relies on sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for those services’ own availability, changes or terms. If one of them changes an interface or withdraws access, the corresponding ValueRamp feature may stop working.
10. Warranties
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and we give no other warranties — in particular none that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will fit a particular purpose.
ValueRamp produces AI-generated analysis, summaries and drafts. These can be wrong. They are decision support, not decisions. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a commercial, employment or legal decision, and review anything sent to a customer before it goes out.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
If you are a design partner paying nothing, that cap is zero. We would rather state that plainly than leave you to work it out later. If that is not acceptable for your use, do not put business-critical data into ValueRamp, and talk to us about what a paid arrangement with a different cap would look like.
12. Term, termination and what happens to your data
Either party may end the agreement on notice. We may suspend or end it immediately if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, or if required by law.
Deleting an account in the product is a soft delete: data is archived rather than erased. If you want data actually removed, ask at privacy@valuerampai.com and it is handled manually. There is no self-service export, so if you want a copy of your data, ask before you close the account rather than after.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a change is material, the effective date at the top changes and we will tell customers rather than relying on you noticing. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, you may end the agreement.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here removes a protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you are in.
