Rocketlane pricing in 2026
Checked against rocketlane.com/pricing on 18 August 2026
We build ValueRamp, a competitor, so read this with that in mind. Every Rocketlane figure below was read off Rocketlane’s own pricing page on 18 August 2026 and nothing is added from review sites or sales calls. Prices change; verify with Rocketlane before you buy.
What does Rocketlane cost?
Rocketlane publishes three plans: Standard at $49, Premium at $69 and Enterprise at $99, each per team member per month, billed annually. Standard and Premium carry a five-member minimum.
| Plan | Price | Billing unit |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | $49 | per team member/month, billed annually (min 5) |
| Premium | $69 | per team member/month, billed annually (min 5) |
| Enterprise | $99 | per team member/month, billed annually |

What does Rocketlane cost a small team?
Because of the five-member minimum, the smallest Standard bill is 5 × $49 = $245 a month — whether you have five people or two.
| Team size | Standard | Premium |
|---|---|---|
| 2 members (billed as 5) | $245/mo | $345/mo |
| 3 members (billed as 5) | $245/mo | $345/mo |
| 5 members | $245/mo | $345/mo |
| 8 members | $392/mo | $552/mo |
| 12 members | $588/mo | $828/mo |
The arithmetic is the published per-member price multiplied by the larger of your head-count and the minimum, on annual billing — the basis the published prices are quoted on; no other billing basis is recorded here. Enterprise is quoted per member without a stated minimum.
Is Rocketlane worth it?
If you bill customers for implementation and need time tracking, resource management and project margin, Rocketlane is the strongest tool in this category and the price is paying for exactly that depth.
Its strength is professional-services depth — time tracking, resource management and project margin are first-class rather than bolted on. The trade is scope: the model completes when the implementation project does. Teams that want the account to keep a record after go-live — adoption, renewal, churn risk, win-back — are paying per seat for a delivery tool and then running the rest of the relationship somewhere else.
How ValueRamp pricing compares
ValueRamp is priced on the ARR you manage, not per member: Starter is $249 a month for up to $1M ARR or 75 managed accounts, with 3 CSM/Admin seats included and every feature and the AI layer in every tier.
| Team | Rocketlane Standard | ValueRamp Starter |
|---|---|---|
| 3 CSMs | $245/mo (five-member minimum) | $249/mo |
| 5 CSMs | $245/mo | $327/moStarter + 2 extra seats at $39; unlimited OM, Finance and customer seats |
The two are not the same product. Rocketlane wins on services delivery; ValueRamp has no time tracking or project margin at all and instead carries one account record from the sales handoff through onboarding, adoption, renewal and win-back, with a customer-facing portal.
