Understand how workspace administration and personal preferences are organized across the ValueRamp settings rail.

Before you start

  • ValueRamp Admin role

The ValueRamp Settings environment consolidates your personal account preferences and workspace-level administration into a unified secondary navigation rail. From this centralized hub, administrators can oversee team members, manage email infrastructure, configure automation playbooks, and connect third-party integrations.

When you open Settings, you land on your personal My details page (/settings/me). The persistent secondary rail on the left organizes all operational tools into logical administration groups.

Administration groups overview

Common questions

Where do I land when I navigate to /settings?

Navigating to /settings automatically opens your personal My details page (/settings/me), where you can manage your name, avatar, password, and appearance preferences.

What is the difference between personal settings and workspace settings?

Personal settings in My Account (such as photo, password, and theme) affect only your individual sign-in session. Workspace settings (Organisation, Emails, Automation, Integrations) govern workspace-wide policies and customer data.

Who can see the Super Admin link in the settings rail?

The Super Admin section is restricted exclusively to authorized platform administrators and remains hidden from standard workspace admins and team members.
