Totango no longer has a pricing page — totango.com/pricing returned “Not Found” on 23 September 2026, and totango.com reads “Totango is now Odie”. Odie’s figures are from heyodie.ai/pricing on the same date. Neither ValueRamp nor Odie bills month to month. Rows marked “—” mean the capability is absent, not weaker.
Summary
Totango has rebranded as Odie and rebuilt around AI agents, with published prices from $1,500 a month for its customer success workspace. ValueRamp covers the same post-sales lifecycle for small teams from a published $249 a month.
Totango spent more than fifteen years in customer success, by its own account, and has now rebranded as Odie. Odie is built around a customer knowledge engine that your own AI agents can query, with an optional guided workspace — the Customer Operating System — on top. If you want post-sales intelligence feeding agents you already run, that is a genuinely different product from ValueRamp, and a serious one.
ValueRamp is built for a small customer success team that needs the lifecycle covered in one place: onboarding plans and a customer portal, adoption signals, renewal and churn, and win-back, on one account record. It publishes its price, and its entry plan is a fraction of Odie’s published starting point for the workspace.
Where ValueRamp falls short
ValueRamp is not an AI knowledge engine, and it is early.
No knowledge engine for your own agents. ValueRamp has its own AI assistant, Vali, inside the product. It does not expose a knowledge graph over MCP for the agents and enterprise LLM you already run, which is the centre of what Odie sells.
No published case studies yet. ValueRamp is new, so there are none to publish. What exists instead is a Design Partner Program: the first 10 companies use ValueRamp free for a year and shape what gets built.
Common questions
What happened to Totango?
Totango has rebranded as Odie. On 23 September 2026 totango.com read “Totango is now Odie: customer intelligence for post-sales teams and their agents”, and its old pricing page returned “Not Found”. If you are a Totango customer, ask Totango what the change means for your contract.
How much does Totango (Odie) cost?
Odie publishes prices: the Customer Knowledge Engine starts at $500 a month and the Customer Operating System at $1,500 a month, with annual terms at minimum — no month-to-month, checked on heyodie.ai/pricing 23 September 2026. ValueRamp starts at $249 a month, priced on the ARR you manage.
Does ValueRamp cover renewals like Totango?
Yes. ValueRamp models an account through five phases — onboarding, adoption, renewal, churn and post-churn — so the record that ran onboarding is the one answering renewal questions later.
Is there a Totango alternative for small teams?
ValueRamp is built for one, from a published $249 a month. The wider field is at Totango alternatives.
Can I try ValueRamp before paying?
Yes — the first 10 companies join as design partners and use ValueRamp free for a year, on real accounts, with onboarding run by the founder.
